D'Addario Accessories Hydrate Fingerboard Conditioner

Hydrates and cleans dust well, adding a nice mild finish to a fretboard without stickiness or gloss. Takes very little, a few drops on cotton cloth will cover the whole board. Finish with a dry absorbent lint-free towel to remove excess, and buff if desired. Petroleum based, not natural oil. So it is not food or child safe.

I recently bought a Squier Sonic Stratocaster and when delivered the fret board was REALLY dry. I tried a few of my standard oils/products and the improvement was only temporary and started drying out quickly and fading. Bought this product and it instantly fixed the issues. The moisturizing effect was deep, thorough, and it brought out a rich darkness in the wood that I love. Amazing product for sure.

I bought this because most fretboard conditioners I have seen have lemon in them and my fiancé has a citrus allergy. This stuff works great and hydrate the fretboard very well.

I've used this several times now and my dark fret boards look great. The price is nice and it doesn't have an off putting smell. Pictured is in the proctor cleaning a pretty gross fret board, and then the same fret board after a polish and oiling, installed.

IMHO the absolute prime value with superior quality.

I have done 1 finger board with this and it was great. Pulled the grime right out and left the finger board feeling wonderful. I read an article on cleaning guitars where the author said that this was the only cleaner that he would touch his guitar and I can see why. I tried it out wiping down my SG which is basically a slab of wood and you would not believe the gunk that came off the guitar. It left it with a clean feel and fresh like new. I then waxed it and it looked brand new (I don't know that the waxing was necessary, just seemed like the thing to do to bring out the shine although the Hydrate did not leave it dull looking.) Can't recommend this stuff highly enough. Over 40 years of playing and the best I have ever found. Now several bottles sit around my areas.

Usei o produto em um violão Takamine EG220C. O violão fica pendurado na parede e fiquei sem toca-lo por um bom tempo. Comprei esse violão em 2009 e nunca havia passado um produto nas escalas, então imagine a situação. Tirei todas as cordas, apliquei o produto, e esfreguei bastante. Deu uma boa limpada, ficou com um toque bem mais agradável. O ruim é o frasco do produto, poderiam fazer um bico mais eficiente para não escorrer pelas laterais, mas o produto em si é bom. Nunca usei outros para comparar mas achei satisfatório pelo preço.

Fabulous hyadrater indeed & i must say it's a must have for rosewood fingerboard/close to/similar like pau ferro guitar owner.
