Hi. I checked the ingredient list (not exactly health food) and they contain both "starch" and "rice starch." I believe that rice is considered gluten free but the generic starch is not necessarily gluten free. It's possible that it is wheat starch. You would have to ask the manufacturer directly. THe brand is Chef's Quality and the distribution info in the label says Dist. by RD/JET, LLC 15-24 132nd STREET, COLLEGE POINT, NY 11356. Good luck.
