It’s better for short hair I think bc everytime I used my head was so itchy I had a different one before that was bigger it was too tight but the quality is great it’s very soft I just have more hair so it’s a little uncomfortable on me

Cpap users....this Bonnet was a game changer for me!
If you are like me and sleep with a cpap. I highly recommend this bonnet to help with your head gear staying in place and not waking you up because it has once again shifted into an uncomfortable position. I was over being woken up in the middle of the nights because my hear gear had shifted. I tried a simple silk scarf tied around my head for a while but it would still shift and wake me up so I decided to give the Bonnet a try. It has worked WONDERS for me! it doesn't shift so that means my head gear stays in place even when I roll around in bed. I am now sleeping through the nights!!The benefits to my hair with sleeping with a silk bonnet are just a bonus for me. It's a win win situation

Does not stay on my head while sleeping. My head is not small or large. Wish there was a way to tighten it.

Great product but doesn’t stay on
It’s a lovely product - beautiful design and packaging and I love that it is silk inside and out - but I have a small head and fine hair and it is simply too big for me. The moment I turn over in bed, it slips off. I ended up going for a different one that only had a silk lining because it had adjustable elastic and stayed on my head. If you have more hair, this is likely to work for you!
