Q: Would these help blocking the noise from my neighbors loud TV? we live in studio apartments and share a main wall

By now, I'm guessing you've found the answers. My walls are sheet rock. Not only did I invest in one soundproof sheet of sheet rock($150 with free shipping since I found it local), but I also bought s/p foam and sprayed it inside the walls. Soundproofing is all about picking the best(yes, this gets pricey BUT you can't put a price on peace and quiet at home) products and layering them all together to stop noisy, rude, selfish neighbors! I use MLV and the car sound deadening material as well. There are options plenty. You just have to do your research and invest. Hope this helps. I have a crap neighbor too.

Hello, Not at all. Your best bet is to use a sound barrier behind these panels. The panels look good but that’s it. I purchased them for a similar reason ( neighbor ) loud tv/ music. There’s was no change. So, the top of my wall I purchased a sound proof barrier. I’ll have to order another pack of these panels to keep the same look. The panels look great on the wall, but that’s the only purpose they serve. I hope this helps!

Very poorly. Cost for coverage is way beyond reasonable. Look for foam tiles and be prepared to halt the movement of air through it once installed.
