This thermometer doesn't actually dependably measure to the 1/100th place in Fahrenheit. It only measures with +/- 0.09 degrees. This basically means it is actually only +/- 0.1 degrees accurate. It's only trustworthy to the 1/10th position (e.g. 97.1F +/-0.1) instead of achieving the advertised 1/100th position (e.g. 97.17 +/-0.01). Because it has such a large margin of error, it is about as accurate as a simple under arm thermometer you'd use to check for a fever. If you require accuracy at the 1/100th place, then please look for a thermometer that is accurate to +/- 0.01. This was purchased for me by someone who did not know the difference.

Very easy to use. Nice light. Slow to read of course but all thermometers this exact need 90 seconds.The memory function is the best thing! Maybe all thermometers have this but it's like the killer benefit. I'm not one of those people who is instantly awake, im super woozy until i've washed my face. As long as you remember to stick the thermometer in your mouth as soon as the alarm rings, you can just write all the temps down later, when you are more awake. highly recommend keeping the little booklet that comes with it so you know how to do this later.Also the tests it comes with are a bonus. You really wnat to use both the thermometer and the pee tests to get the best picture of what your body is doing.I don't use the app recommended so no comment on that. I like Clue.Bought because I stopped 10 yrs of 90-day BC and so I had no idea what cycle I had. Thermometer and tests have both very accurately predicted my ovulation now that it's something like normal again.

So far so good! I bought this for fertility tracking so the backlight and recall memory are perfect. I was surprised at how few thermometers there are out there with a backlight since most of these temps are taken in the dark. So thankful I found this one! The button is easy to push and the flexible tip is nice. Temp seems accurate and though it takes about a minute to detect, that shows me that it's doing its job! Comes with a spare battery and opks👍🏻👍🏻

Count me as one of those who have had trouble with the accuracy of this thermometer. I bought it as a replacement for my other thermometer and I have been sadly disappointed. While I like the backlight and the memory capability, the temperature seems to be about half a degree too low. I can also take my temperature twice in a row and have the two readings be a half degree to a degree apart. Also the flexible tip makes it feel like I'm more likely to bite through it.

The beep is loud AF and the light is brighter than three suns. Well enough suited for temping before you fully wake. Great for waking the whole house.
