Bought this to help boost my family's immune system, but it also helped to clear my skin. I take 6 drops twice a day with a little water and it's worked wonderfully. It's a bit bitter, but that was expected.

I have been using Oreganol oil and products for quite some time. It is hard to compete with that brand in my experience. I often get other brands for my husband who prefers them. This was for him, but it surprised me..HOW THIS COMESThis comes in a glass dropper bottle with a glass dropper in a box.TASTEWell, if you have had Oreganol oregano oil, you will know what very strong intense oregano oil is like. This is THAT kind of oil. It is extremely strong and burns intensely as it goes down. That is good because it numbs the throat if sore, and also helps to burn out illness. I am not sure why they put olive oil and rosemary in this because I can taste them as aftertaste, but it is still good.DOES IT HELP?I have to say that this stuff definitely does take the edge off of illness. If throat is a bit rough, this stuff seems to take care of it within a day or two. I would say that it would work for anything that Oreganol works for despite the olive oil.THE BOTTOM LINEThis is an excellent brand of oregano oil to have around. It is very powerful and intense, but it helps offset illness and cut it short.MY RATINGFIVE STARS. This was way more powerful than I expected. It is one I would consider buying again.

I don't take it often enough to determine how much it helps, but I have a trick to making it more palatable. Instead of mixing the dose into a glass of water, I drop it into a tablespoon of water, and after swallowing it, I then drink the glass of water. I like the fact that this oil is premixed with olive oil.

Oregano is one of those super foods that is sometimes overlooked. Such a common herb in cooking, yet we forget about how powerful it is for our health. Great for your immune system and to fight off all sorts of germs, bacteria and fungus. Of course, sometimes you need more than what you'll get by sprinkling a little oregano over your pizza or other common dishes. That's where this oregano oil comes in handy because you'll get a concentrated dose.Personally, I don't like taking it by itself in my mouth. It's just too strong and concentrated for my taste and I find it sort of burns my mouth. Some will drop this in water or some sort of beverage, but I find that it only ends up sticking to the walls of my glass. So if I'm in a bit of a hurry and don't feel like planning or preparing anything more elaborate, I'll just drop some of this on a piece of bread or a cracker. It actually tastes good that way and it's super easy to eat. I've even dropped it on potato chips. Anything will do. Plus, if I'm cooking up some jarred tomato sauce, I'll drop some in there to not only kick up the oregano flavor, but to increase my intake. Whatever works for you, this oregano oil will work for you to help keep you in good health. It's clean and a good quality and safe for everyone.

I think I would get better results if I used this for my face, or my elbows or for cooking!! it tastes really Awful....OMG, I cannot take it, even on a top of a salad with other dressing to drown out the taste!!! I used it to soften my elbows so it wouldn't go to waste, it did wonders on my elbows!! Thank you!!!
