it has a nice amount of moisture and leaves the hair well conditioned

The pump was broken when the items is arrived and they r mentioned not eligible for return for that.So I have to use damaged items???

I have been using Shea Moisture’s Restorative Conditioner as a leave-in for almost 20 years. I know there have been formula changes during that time but I have recently been receiving a completely different product labeled “Deep Moisturizing Conditioner” despite the Amazon listing saying that this is the original “Restorative Conditioner”. This new product is not labeled as a leave-in and wreaked havoc on my hair for weeks before I realized that this was a completely different product. I don’t understand how they can sell a product with a different usage profile under the original name. They even had the gall to not allow returns for this item despite the inaccurate website description. I have also noticed that the company has been decreasing the number of ingredients which are certified organic. Very disappointed with the company.

This is the only product I put in my hair after I wash & condition to blow and flatiron it. Smells great too.
