I wore these on a job site for about 5 months when I started slipping all the time. The soles are completely worn smooth. Same story for my co-worker who bought another model of the Ad-tec brand. I was only working full time in them for about 3 months plus two months part time. Invest in a better quality work shoe. While new, these were pretty serviceable. They held up in wet weather. My left foot always ached terribly after wearing them thought they were not uncomfortable while on my feet- maybe not for people who need great arch support.
