The media could not be loaded.  This punching bag is a great addition to our at home gym. We already had a stand with a worn out bag so we removed that and put this one on. I really like that it came with new gloves too. Now our home gym is legit and ready to get us in shape. My husband likes this so much and is training me.

My son's are really into boxing. They have been begging me for a punching bag. My husband easily installed this himself. It came with the chains and boxing mitts. I was also very happy that unlike other punching bags this one is prefilled and ready to use out of the box. It is very durable and sturdy. The price and value overall you really can't beat. It is perfect for beginners to practice on. Very pleased overall and definitely recommend

Be sure to get a partner or two to lift the box to your house because this box is very heavy. And be aware that you cannot set up a punching bag without I melt--I meant a mount. The punching gloves and the wristbands that are included are adequate but not the best and I would recommend you buy more name brand more reputable grant for the punching mitts. Overall very fun to have especially if you play fighting games
