When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised of how CAREFULLY PACKED and wrapped with protective plastic EACH ITEM was, in order to avoid contact, dents and scratches between the parts in the box.First time I've seen this care, it didn't happen when I bought same way more expensive chairs in the past from other Brands/Sellers in Amazon (and a couple of times in those cases I had to compromise and live with one or two small scratches, due to lack of this kind of protection in the package).Afterward, checking the packing list I was MISTAKENLY SURPRISED REGRETFULLY this time because I couldn't find the central Gas Lift, the main stem connecting the seat base with the star-wheel-base.So, STUPIDLY I applied for a Return/Refund with "missing parts" Narration, in order to re-order a second similar, "hoping to come complete this time"...When I purchased the second, the same taste, the Gas Lift was not there also.Then I thought it was impossible they made the same mistake twice with me and looking very carefully, I discovered the "missing" part, very well hidden and non-intentionally camouflaged, due to three (3) parameters, its small size, the surrounding wrapping protective plastic sheets and the overlying radius of the star-wheel-base), being wrapped UNDER this branch.I have a photo, which unfortunately cannot be uploaded here, which shows how easily anyone could be cheated since the otherwise very careful Sellers didn't mention anything about its position, in the packing list sheet.Beyond this small adventure, everything is perfect.The product is VERY GOOD, even with absolute criteria, not only given its price tag.Little doubt about the PU leather upholstery, which predisposes that maybe will get dry soon and may create cracks, but it is only an impression, the time will show it (and there are always the leather care creams that may help to push it back, far in the future). Overall happy with the purchase.
