Updated Great Customer Service... just not 100% weatherproof in my experience
Updated 1/26/23 0 So ZOSI responded right away to my warranty inquiry and is replacing the 2 damaged cameras. Great customer support!The bad- weatherproof aspect: I've had 2 of the cameras short out because the "weather" connections aren't truely weatherproof. Water gets in the connections and fries the circuits so its not a matter of cleaning off corrosion.-motion detection - either detects nothing or its picking up every flag wave and every limb movement. Trying to human detection and zone tweaks help some but still subject to false alarms. Also picks up motion from inside the house (it has my window in the frame) ... so alarms./floodlight falsely triggered-Can't schedule the flood light use to only over night. They trigger all the time apparently.-order of the cameras on the app(and I have reported this).... So I use this in my office on my 52" TV to monitor my perimeter and on my phone. First off the physical jacks that the cameras are plugged into doesnt correlate with the camera order on the screen (which seems strange). Once found how to change the order on my NAS via the TV it didn't change the order on the app.-The app does not include a dynamic live feed or refresh. What that means is when you open the app, you dont see what is on the camera live you see what was on the camera the last time you looked. There is a live view of 4 cameras but I have to keep switching because my cameras arent all in order . I've had many IP cameras before. Zosi, Foscam, Zmodo... others. I have never had an add open and show a STALE feed of the cameras. When I open an app i NEED to see a live view of my entire perimeter. I'm not checking for fun. I'm responding to something and the app makes me refresh EACH CAMERA or at least each 4 cameras.Now The great-nightvision - works great! No real loss of quality.- Built in floodlight - so you dont need a separate security light

Good quality and the best customer service
I purchased Zosi security camera system on Nov 2022. I am still using with good condition.I had some problem with 2 cameras and contacted the customer service by email. They replied and explained very well to solve the problem. And they sent me the new camera right away for the one i can't fix it myself.I like the zosi cameras because it is 4K and I can clearly hear the sounds too.I will buy 8 more cameras soon to cover more spots.

Worst Security System
First like to point out this was the second security system we’ve had. Going from a wireless to wired system.August’23I’m not a professional security expert nor do I have the knowledge to operate them. We hired a specialist for this reason of installation costing ($1200).Just a unsatisfied customer that wants to fair warn everyone “buyer beware” !Company’s technical support team (not surprised) is outsourced overseas. No verbal communications and emails are limited to being lost in translation. Communication from the Technical Staff is under the assumption that everyone contacting them are technically advanced and understand how to operate the systems.I nor my wife are that advanced but I feel after this experience we both should be working for their IT department. Haha#1Initially when installed 2 out of 8 cameras did not work. Technical support team tried to fix this problem via email text & pictures. This was quite entertaining!Still ended up shipping 2-cameras to company’s warehouse in the states. Cost ($20) for this wasn’t reimbursed (my fault for trusting). Delayed over couple weeks.Company still not understanding the whole point of the system to protect my family and I.#2December’231 of the 2 replacement cameras now doesn’t work. Reached back out to the company again & another replacement camera was shipped to me. Not foolish enough to pay for shipping this time!Still not reimbursed for the cost first time.#3December’23“POE” Cat 5 Cable (100ft) purchased ($43) for one of our outdoor cameras short circuited or fouled up. Company was contacted via email again by myself & yes the same crude response.Purchased second Cat5 cable (100ft) “Zosi” cost ($30) technical support explained cables need to be their brand. My inexperience didn’t know the cables are all the same.Yet again had to bring the an expert to install this new Cat5 “Zosi” cable. That cost ($70).#4January’24Final Straw! The DVR one evening started sounding an alarm and can’t get it to turn off. Once again reached out to technical support and technician (Jar) wants to know what I’ve done to stop it. Even sent a video of the obnoxious sound not knowing what to do turned it off & unplugged the system.Yet again company isn’t concerned with my families safety or welfare. So now I’ve taken step to replace the whole system and been done with this headache.Total Cost: $1,343.00My Heartache: Priceless $$Amazon reimbursement: $495.89 (Cost of System)

Great customer service from Amy when having problems with my order
Hello,I received my ZOSI 4K 16CH PoE Security Camera System malfunctioning and went to a lengthy process to try and fix it. Looked up for many videos and even contacted Zosi customer service to see what could be done. That's when I was contacted by Amy, she helped me try and solve the problems but since the system still didn't work. She was kind enough to send me a new system which works to perfection. Thank you for the great customer service and for the fast response to my problems.Thanks again,Would buy again in future.
