While a little pricey, I love the wooden rack vs plastic. I've only used them once so far but I love the look, the quality, and the ease of the pusher that removes when in use and easily re-attaches when not in use. Sure wish they came with storage bags ... I'm worried about "scratch and dent" as I use and store them.

I ordered two of these sets of racks for mahong tiles. One arrived in a white cardboard box, encased in a proper packing box. The racks are solid, well crafted and hold my tiles perfectly. The other set of racks arrived with no external packaging, simply the white thin cardboard box. Two of the four racks were warped badly, making them not fit for purpose, so I have returned them. Such a shame, they were a christmas present for my mahjong friend. I will risk ordering another and hope it is packed correctly/not warped.

This product is sturdy and stained the perfect color I was looking for.

The magnets are a little small and they could slant a little more but all in all they are beautiful and I receive many compliments on them. they arrived well packaged in a timely manner

We've never used racks with mahjong, and I debated what type to try, but I am glad I chose wooden ones. They're nice, not fine furniture quality, but nice, and we like using them. We have marked the underside of the pusher to note the width of 18 tiles, so that we no longer have to count them. The magnetic inserts are a great idea for keeping the rack and the pusher together.
