Not what it seems
This product is not a vinyl. The instructions don’t go with what you get. I returned and re bought because I thought it was an issue with the one I originally ordered. The second came quickly but had the same issue. You can’t peel off the back and there is no front clear cover so that you can adhere to the surface and peel away. I had to put the letters on separately. I just had to mark it work because I was ready to complete my project.
