Procell alkaline 9V industrial batteries are ideal for powering professional devices, such as security keypad, remote control, glucometer.

May have a problem with lifespan
these replace the industrial durecel and possibly out perform, updated February 2021. The batteries have a rubber cap on one terminal. So far I have found 3 unused batteries totally dead

Longevity not very good convenient to buy bulk..
I found these ok to start with for my Stewart remote control golf trolley, however, they now seem to last only one or two rounds before they require changing, obviously difficult to do on course as once the remote dies you have to change the wheels to free motion on my trolley and then push, unless you have the spare batteries in your gold bag with a suitable screwdriver which I now do... the previous industrial batteries I purchased seemed to last a lot longer. I've changed 4 of these in the last two months so will revert to my previous longer lasting brand...

Did not last long at all.
I have used the orange one Duracell for many years but could not get them so went for these. Found them very poor, use them in stud/wire finder for work and a standard tesco battery lasts around 3 month......gone through 4 of these and they all only lasted a week of use each.

Would not hesitate to recommend

These batteries are rubbish.
Do not buy these batteries. They are out-of-date and 75% of them have no charge whatsoever. They are a complete rip-off despite the "Procell" name. I will never buy batteries from Amazon again. Obviously you can't return them to get your money back because you have used them, discovered they were bad, and thrown them away, only to wish you hadn't.Simply the worst.
