There’s along wait for the product to be delivered. It came without instructions for assembly and installation. The butterflies are very fragile and breaks easily (I broke 3). When the sellers were contacted for additional butterflies they wanted a picture as proof. Instead of sending butterflies they offered a discount for the item as is because, “it will still be pretty. “ The chandelier crystal’s are pretty but heavy, one fell off and broke. Wrong size bulbs listed. Purchased adapters to accommodate chandelier bulbs. Fixture is still not up!

the lamp looks good but we had some problems. First the instructions are very concise. Second, the bulbs are not included and you cannot find them in local stores. You have to order them online. Butterflies are very fragile and you can break them in one touch.

This is a beautiful lamp, however, these butterflies are horribly flimsy and break very easily. Be very cautious when handling this light. If you aren't going to hang it right away and maybe have a few other things to do in the room you're hanging, I would suggest saving this light for last. You can't leave it sitting anywhere because if something brushes against these butterflies-be it a blanket or a pillow- they will break!! I thought the reviews talking about how flimsy these butterflies were might be a little exaggerative-they are not!It's a great buy if you can manage to be very careful with these butterflies.

This beautiful light was a gift from Auntie for our daughter. It is the perfect light to brighten up her fairytale room. She is in love with it. It was easy to put up and of good quality. The only issue is the directions for putting it up could have been better.

The product came without any assembly directions. It would make life a lot easier if assembly instructions were included.
