Wedderspoon Organic Manuka Honey Drops (Ginger Pack of 2)

I melt these and use it as a tea for my dad. It is literally the only thing that has given his severe gerd symptoms relief! I found this through long research. My dad has seen 9 gastro doctors and has tried several medications with no relief. Manuka Honey is an absolute life saver!!!

Apr 2021 Something changed with the last order. I've been eating these for 2 years, loved the ginger flavor, and the thick honey coating, felt nice and warm and comforting. But. This new delivery neither has the honey coating nor the strong ginger flavor. It can't be quality issue. They've changed the product. Not sure I like this or if I'll order again.Nov 2021 Ordered again, and it's yet another experience. This time it's 90% soft honey around a tiny ginger logenze. Almost a honey candy.

The product is competitively priced and more reasonable than the same product available in drugstore chain stores. I really like that each drop is individually wrapped and that there is no menthol or other aromatic. It is a honey product; the added ginger is a bonus.

I've purchased and like Wedderspoon Organic Manuka Honey Cough drops. That's why I wanted to buy them. Two of them. I thought the product entry indicated free delivery, yet somehow it was not and I failed to recognize this before pushing the purchase button. My purchase delivery increased the cost by 1/3! I recognized this fact immediately after reviewing the email which came within minutes and attempted to cancel the order. I don't believe my cancellation happened more than 3 minutes after the purchase, and my sense is it was less than one minute. Nonetheless, the status of my purchase was pending all that day and into the next noting that Amazon was attempting the cancellation. I don't know whether my beef is with Amazon or a secondary retailer who processed the order immediately and then ignored Amazon's notifications. However, I'm not a happy customer. I placed the order on the 27th, could see that the order was being filled by the 29th, and as of today, can expect the order sometime between June 7th and the 9th. If I return them using an Amazon drop off, will I get reimbursed for the delivery costs? I'm afraid I won't, and if that's the case, it explains why a retailer might be quick to respond to orders, and slow to process cancellation notifications. I'm feeling exploited and defeated as if I might as well keep them. Either way, I think I'll be out the shipping costs. Almost ruins my enjoyment of a product which previously, I knew I would enjoy.

There was NO trace of ginger flavor I could detect!!and READ the INGREDIENTS!!What % of Manuka honey does it says as its ingredients? It doesn't say. Which probably mean not much, probably other sweeteners listed on the label before mentioning manuka honey are the main sweeteners in this Manuka Honey Drops.I was willing to pay their higher price since I like pure honey and ginger, I need to stay away from other sweetener.As soon as I opened the package and tried one, I felt deceived by its name.Memorably bad purchase I made in Amazon over the years.
