Froffy coffy
Froths up your milk to perfection. A bit difficult to clean if the milk gets burnt on the bottom, especially for those if us with big hands!

heating element has stopped working, waste of money
Bought this as I like a hot chocolate and this this would be a better way of heating milk than in a microwave or on the hob, only used about 3 times and now I can no longer get hot milk from it, remains stone cold, very very disappointed bought salter as I believed it to be a good brand, I won't be wasting my money on one of their products again.

Works well but not perfect
This does make amazing hot chocolates. Put it all in, press go and you soon have a perfect drink. This is my second device though. The first one was great but the heating element stopped after only about 3 uses. I sent it back and bought a replacement and the second has out lived the first and is still going. The only issue is it does burn on the bottom every time, as other reviews mention. It is easy enough to clean, but the first one I had did not do this, so this is annoying. Hence the 4 stars.It does take the faff out of making a hot chocolate and they are perfectly mixed, so overall happy. I don't use it for anything else.

Burnt out after 2.5 months
I’ve had this for 2& half months and only used 2-3 a week for an occasional frothy coffee .it was great at first. I only ever used the 1st setting - thick froth. After about a month I noticed the froth wasn’t as thick as it was when I first got it.. After 2 months the timer stopped switching the frother off so it would just keep going and over flow everywhere if I didn’t catch it in time , but as the timer stopped working it caused the heater to keep heating so the bottom of the jug burnt & then one day I poured the milk in and it’s all poured right through and out the bottom. I purposely bought what I thought was a decent brand but it’s lasted 2 mins, total waste of money, I wouldn’t recommend.
