So in my opinion not big girl friendly or maybe just me lol. I bought 2 sizes up was still very tight and super uncomfortable. But thye did work as a secondary source of leak comfort ( with tampon) I wouldn't try without honestly at least not for endometriosis or pcos periods , for light flows they would prob work great

I wear a size 12 and ordered the 2xl. The largest part of the waist is 31 inches and the largest part of the hips/bum is 33.5 inches. They’re sung in the leg holes but not too tight. I bought them bigger to be able to put them in the dryer, but saw they were made of rayon/cotton so I didn’t use the dryer because they would shrink too much. So now they just take FOREVER to dry, like 48 hours to fully dry. I really like the waist band and the colors (vibrant purple and blue pack) so overall I’m glad I got them. If I order again I’d get the 3xl.

I like to use these in combination with cloth pads on heavier days - and on their own on light or spotting days. They are very comfortable and give me an added layer of protection without feeling like I'm wearing anything extra. I love them!

I like these much better than my expensive Thinx -- the absorbent part comes up higher in the front than it does in Thinx for more protection. Highly recommend!

This lets me actually sleep. I have crazy heavy periods and now I can roll over without worrying I've ruined my sheets

Heavy like swimsuit bottoms, size up. They're smaller than expected but so have stretch.

These work surprisingly well. With any similar sort of personal product, mileage may vary, and whether you like these probably depends on whether you're okay with external hygiene items, but I haven't experienced issues, and have recommended the style and brand to friends and relatives.

No leaks so far. Love these. Very absorbant.
