I'm pre-menopause, so not regular but when it does happen, it's way worse than ever before. This is a must for overnite protection, or just for larger women. There's the normal wings where you expect them, but there's an extra set of 'wings' at the back end that help it not scoot around during the nite. It also goes a bit further up at the forward end as well, to help protect when sitting.The padding has been reliable for me, but doesn't feel like you've put a bath towel between your legs, like some maxis do.

These pads are great for using at night when your flow is at its heaviest. I could not survive my periods without them. I love the extra wide portion for more protection against leakage. I choose to wear them during the day time as well since my periods can be very heavy the first few days. I cannot say that they keep the odor down much but if you change them out regularly then you wouldn't have much problem with that anyways. I highly recommend these pads and have been a regular purchase of them for many years.

This is one of the best overnight maxi pads that I have tried. It is great for those nights when your flow is heavy. It is very absorbent and the pads are very long. I will definitely keep using these for those heavy nights. For the nights when my flow is not as heavy, I still like Stayfree's Overnight Ultra Thin Pads.

Big&bulky,makes me feel like I got a diaper on but I only wear them at night when i’m heavy&haven’t had any leaks which is why I got them,lot of coverage so I feel safe at bedtime,I just gotta find a version a bit thinner that offers me the same kinda coverage 4 during the day

Love these! I toss and turn at night and sometimes can have a really heavy flow and these are the ONLY pads out of the MANY I have tried that never cause me to have to do any "clean up" in the morning, if you know what I mean.

Used these after my son was born. I brought to the hospital to use instead of the big, bulky maternity pads but couldn't use then because I had a csection. They are very long front to back so they covered my incision (bIG no no!). I was able to use after a week and they did the job!

i luv these pads & theyre the only pads that work when ur having heavy period. none of the makers have any pads or tampons even close to making it overnight or 10 hours like they all claim & these are the best they get.
