Q: Since they dont have a back, will your feet slip off as you walk?

These are not flip flops. The front part fits tighter like a shoe so you won't have any issues of it just slipping off while walking. I've worn them walking many times.

Q: what is the equivelent to a men's size 13?

Size chart on the listing advises: US 15 Womens / 13 Mens = UK 12 / EU 46

Q: Is the size 10 d(m) mens a size 43 in euro sizing? Is the sizing options here accurate? Meaning if i choose mens 10 it would really mean a size 10 men

sizing is accurate. if you are not sure about the American equivalent i recommend to use the official birkenstick size chart.
