Excellent bang for the buck! Clarks! Not bad and I'm picky!
I'm kind of picky about my shoes. Great shoes for this price (or really any price!). I've worn Mephisto's and other much more costly shoes and the truth is these Clarks are almost as good in looks, feel and comfort. I say almost because some of the $300+ shoes have softer more supple leather but these "ain't" bad! Really, they have nice leather outers and inners. I returned 2 pairs before settling on these. One was way more and just didn't feel or look right, they were bulky and the others were a little less $$ but I didn't notice until I got them that they were NOT leather but "man made"! Really??? $50 shoes and I have to check to make sure they're not plastic? If you're buying below that price, check the material! I didn't! Anyhow, I returned them. These Clarks were just $60 and as good in quality as the $200 Eccos I returned and the Clarks are sleeker and fit nicely. I wear a 10 almost always and heard these run big so got a 91/2 and that was the right call. These also have the nice soft rubber grip soles which I now HIGHLY prefer! No more clickity clack as I walk on a hard floor! That is so passé! I love the quiet soles and no slipping on slick surfaces. I am very pleased with the very acceptable quality of leather and just as much, I like the way they look! Sleek and dressy but not overly so but can very much be worn with a full black tie suit or with more casual attire but they ARE more suited for more formal wear IMO. Good shoes! A good buy and, for now, Good Bye! 😉

Genuine Clark's Replacement for 1/2 the Cost!
I've been buying these dress shoes from this vendor for several years now, and these are very well priced. Years ago I purchased these from the Clark store fiur nearly $100, and I've been buying them from this vendor for the past 5 years at about 1/2 as much. The y are identical and genuine Clark leather, quality shoes. Thanks for such fair pricing!

too stiff
Shoe is amazing for the price - looks terrific, made well and seems comfortable enough for standing/walking.However, I started to look for new dress shoes as I am developing a bunion at base of the big toe (and off to the side). These shows pinch down/crease right on top of it when you walk so its painful.Disappointing, as this isn't the shoe's fault - these look amazing and are priced VERY reasonable.Just be aware of issues with bunions if trying these out.If no bunions - GO FOR IT - these are classy shoes

Nice Classy Shoes
Although they weren't inside a CLARKS box, the shoes arrived perfect. They fit great, style is great. Husband loves them and says they are comfortable for dress shoes.

1st pair I bought was narrow, as I am a true men's size 10 but...
these ran small and narrow. I have worn a size 10 regular width my entire adult life. So when reading these run small on the product web page, I decided to order a size 9.5 and take a chance (a 1st for me since reaching size 10 decades ago.) When they arrived, the length was good, but the width was narrow. So I decided to return and order a size 9.5 wide and when they arrived, they fit well. I decided to keep them. I wear these for work and it is important the fit and comfort is good. I like the feel and fit, but the leather in the toe area is looking a little wrinkled in a relatively short time. Makes them appear older. Perhaps it is the leather? Perhaps they are a tad wide? Not sure, but the regular width size 9.5 was too narrow, so I had to go wide if wanting to try again.Decided on a 5 star review because the vendor was quick to replace the narrow w/ the wider shoe. These are 2nd chance shoes (someone bought and returned for some reason.) They were in excellent condition when they arrived and the price was reduced because they were resale product. I think it is an excellent way to give perfectly good shoes another chance and not discard them simply because someone ordered and returned. Other than the wrinkled leather toe area, I am very pleased w/ these loafers.

Size was way bigger than it should have been
Shoe seems to be excellent, it’s real leather surprising! They seem to be well-made. I just didn’t get to wear it because it was closer to being a 10 1/2 than the eight that I ordered even though the box and the shoe says it’s an eight these must be made in a part of india where Bigfoot lives because these are not an eight !*** Update so I ordered a 7 fit is great like an 8 had a chance to wear it enough and it is a very comfortable shoe looks great and will last. Showed no sign of wear yet. I only wear it for dress not daily wear but it’s comfortable enough for that. Walks good standing doesn’t hurt me like some shoes do. Much beeper than the Born shoes bought from Dillards for three times the price. Definitely recommend and will be buying more Clark shoes from Amazon.

Nice all-around chisel tips
Haven’t found a decent chisel tip since chaps left the arena. But bang for the buck, not sure where these have been, but super comfortable. Great fit and true to size. Also comes in wide, which I prefer. Great shoes.

Great bargain on a super cushioned office dress shoe
Got these for a steal of a price at $35 sold and shipped from Amazon. Would still be worth it and a nice shoe at more than double that price. Leather is nice and does not have that cheap, "plasticky" look to it that you sometimes get on discounted dress shoes. I normally wear a 10 in running shoes/sneakers. Usually in dress shoes I purchase a 9. I had to go all the way down to an 8.5 in these as they seem to run long. In an 8.5, the length is perfect. Little snug across the top of my foot but that will loosen up and is actually fine for a slip-on.This is my 3rd pair of Clarks dress shoes. The cushion and support is almost like a running shoe. Very soft and cushy immediately out of the box.I would definitely buy again and I'm watching for the black ones to go on sale for another bargain.

Great Value
For the price paid, I am more than happy with this purchase. It is not the best shoe I have ever owned, but I have no complaints at all. Stylish enough, more comfortable than I expected, thread is very good. The shoes I received clearly say leather (upper), and the rest is man-made materials (like the sole). The other reviews were sorta all over the place. I found the sizing exactly normal. I almost always order size 10. I went with 9.5 because of the reviews (shoes bigger than the size). It's a snug fit right now, but as the shoes age (with the cushioning depleted), so I'm happy with the size. I'm very relieved I didn't order 1 size lower. I don't have a 10 to try on, but I would expect the 10 to fit (with my expectations). I haven't owned Clark's for a long time, but these feel like good quality and the purchase exceeds my expectations overall.
