How do you put the phone in the case?

The key is pulling out the protector flaps over the charge port, headphone jack and silence switch on bottom and side of case, then you can pull the rubber outer shell off the plastic frame. Then the frame kind of pops apart. You’ll have to pull the rubber part over the inner frame to get it locked back into the groove that holds it into place.

I purchase and the item says delivered and it’s not here

This has happened to me too and sometimes it shows up in a day or 2. If it doesn't, report it to Amazon. They're good about resolving issues.

How do I return this? I ordered the wrong one.

You can email from amazon the company you ordered it from and they should be able to help you return it and give you either a refund or exchange it. I hope this helped you
