Such a cute little set up! I can’t wait for my Roly polys to come in! I think my science class will love this !

No isopods included.

Perfect great idea if only it came with the Rollie's

The kit I received had very few millipedes and the bark that was used for substrate or rearing medium looked to be landscaping material and may have been treated. the long vertical tube is awkward and not practical for breeding and rearing millipedes that normally like burrowing under or into soil, shed tree bark,or decaying plant matter and fungi.

It came fast, the tilt polys were all alive, and my daughter loved this. The package was put together nicely and even had a little personal note on the insect container! Well done!

I ordered the Roly Poly tower which arrived a moment ago. After opening it and checking out the contents, I see that the isopods are actually sold separately. The imagery used on this page is not honest to the product. I’ll take responsibility for not taking the time to read the product details thoroughly, but please change the photos of this item and clearly indicate somewhere in the product description or title that the isopods are not actually included.

This is way too small and the shape is not what isopods require. There is no room for wood or leaf litter or the substrate that they need. Your pets will not thrive in these conditions.
