When i started reading this i thought this was not the book for me but the this is approached is a very efficient way of learning with short "tests" after every subject. I would suggest not trying to do this repetitively as there is a lot to learn about col regs but learn a bit go out and use it in the real world and then go on to the next bit as it looks a whole lot different on the water but it is a very good way of learning a very big subject.

Das Buch ist für Profis gemacht: In klaren Lektionen von jeweils etwa 30-60 Minuten wird man durch alle Teile der Colregs geführt, in einer Tiefe wie sie sonst nie bei den deutschen Scheinen vorkommt. Dabei immer klar verständlich. Nach jeder Lektion ein Test=> für mich funktioniert dies "Programmed Learning" prima.
