Goodfor those who got it working
Activated sim->activated service->activation worked but service didn't work->Ordered their phone from their web site-> got bricked phone-> tried to return-> chat only support-> couple of hours and endless question later-> oops something went wrong chat diconnected please chat for help-> didn't work->ordered new sim-> no way to activate->no help. conclusion. If company doesn't have human cusmoer service, as far as I'm concern it's as good aa scam.Thx for the lession.

Easy Activation, Great Service
Very simple process for me to activate on my phone.I went to the Visible page listed in the packaging and followed the instructions. When I got to the payment screen, I scratched off the Service Code and entered the code into the section 'service/promo code' and tapped apply. From there, I finished setting up my account and activated.Service has been excellent since switching from T-Mobile. Visible is significantly less expensive. Great service and recommended to family & friends!

Exactly what I needed
Good to see these guys on Amazon - reminded me to give them a shot. Good news is I see no difference in speed compared to Verizon plus it’s $25. 5G icon doesn’t seem to increase speed tho

Customer Unfriendly
Completely useless. Cannot activate sim. App has constant errors that just cause you to loop endlessly. Contacting customer services is pointless. They have less idea than you do. Their only suggestion is to delete and reinstall the app. Which means you lose your place in the apps chat function.------EDIT: I gave it one last shot. On customer service's advice I waited another 1-2 days to receive a new sim and tried to activate it. Again, same issues. Tried contacting customer service one last time. Waited over half an hour to speak to someone in customer service chat. Finally reach someone and am in the middle of typing out my issue when the Visible website logs me out due to inactivity. I'M DONE. Returned.

Worked perfectly
Once i got past the false incompatibility issues, setup was a breeze. Worked perfectly, i don't know what the other reviewers are talking about.
