I unfortunately lost the original O-ring for leak detection pump so I had to buy new. It was a hassle trying to find the right seal for my NVLD (Natural Vacuum Leak Detection) pump, but I remember the original seal was green. Found this and it fit light like a glove back in the vapor canister vent opening. Hope this helps someone!

Researched this quite a bit. My truck kept throwing a low vacuum leak code. I knew it wasn’t the leak detector pump. So I removed the pump and found that the old O ring gasket that was 15 years old was just flattened out. Bought this O ring and put it in. Only takes about two minutes. Solved the problem. Good quality O ring. Just like the original and actually the same color. Works great. Thank you very much to the seller for having this part available. Really cheap to buy.

My check engine light kept coming on with a message about checking gas cap. I had replaced the gas cap at least 3 times and it would still come back on. After doing some research, my boyfriend found out that this seal was likely the culprit for causing the check engine light. After replacing it, it hasn’t come on at all. Such a simple fix and cheap fix!

Fit perfectly

Works like a champ. I ordered this to fix my fuel tank venting system leak. What started with a gas cap error soon became a check engine light throwing a code for a leak in my fuel tank charcoal filter system. This little gasket fixed both problems.

This solved that dread Evap. Code on my 2017 Jeep JKU. It’s been all good for about 4 months now!

Rubbed vaseline on the o-ring to create a better seal and it worked great on my 2007 Wrangler.
