I ordered this item for a female family member for her birthday.The necklace arrived as promised and within the box it came in a nicely presented bag with a nicely typed message very elegantly presented tired to the top of the bag.However, the necklace came in a very cheap and tacky box with 'zero' presentation and rather than have the necklace presented when the box opens it was actually inside a small plastic bag within the box approximately 1inch square.Very poor and very cheap lookingIt didn't present the necklace very well and rather let down the first bag it came inThe recipient didn't seem too overwhelmed as she couldn't really see the necklace without removing it from the bad and untangling the chainVery poor im afraidqq
