I use it to make dumplings, rice cake, fish and different kind of oriental desserts. I have been using it more often than I anticipated because it's so convenient to make multiple dishes at once with these two layers steamer. Previously, I just used a big pot to steam, but there is only so much you can make each time. By the time the second dish is ready, the first dish has cooled down. I like to eat things hot, so that was quite a bummer. Now I can steam dumplings, buns and veggies at the same time!This set comes with bonus items such as chopsticks, sauce dish, silicone liners and finger sets. It saves me time to get them separately.

Great steamer and it comes with 2 racks and it comes with silicon inserts to make for a easy clean up. These bamboo steamers hold in a lot of heat and cook really fast only thing I could say they need is some handles on the sides to help move and open them cause they do get pretty hot.

I really like these steam baskets especially the stainless steel bands as I feel like these will go a long way in making the baskets more durable than others without it. With regular use, the other ones tend to fall apart quickly so durability was especially an important factor for me. It is the perfect size and the quality is amazing. When it's time for a new set, I would definitely order these again.
