Great for practice
Got these for my son as he moves up from the middle to high school track and field team. Nice inexpensive way to help him hone the skill outside of practice. Seem very durable.

This product is no doubt the best discus in a budget. If you don't wanna be spending like fifty bucks just buy this one. Myself as a middle school track athlete, this discus is one of the best discus you can find under 20 or 30 dollars. If you wanna practice buy this I reccomend 100%

Great Starter Discus That Holds Up to Real Practice
As part of a throwing family, this practice discus has been a great addition to training sessions. The rubber construction feels durable and has held up well to repeated throws on grass and rougher surfaces without showing much wear.
