Misleading. Round hole mount option only. **Updated**
Update 11/1/21: After posting this review I was contacted by Techtoo and they notified me of the changes made to the description, which are accurate now. I was also offered a refund but declined since it does the job. Since the description of square holes being an option was my major hangup I'm adding two stars since the rack itself is solid once put together.******Original Review******Product arrived with one rail bent in the corner but nothing I couldn't fix with a some vice grips. Rack itself looks nice when put together.Unfortunately in the product page, it says "the open rack has both square hole & round hole for option you can choose either one in front of the rack".Nope.The side pieces DO NOT fit like in the picture. No matter how you flip or change the side rails, you can't use the square holes. Disappointing to say the least since the dual option is why I bought it over other options. It also says "Quick and easy setup with the included cage screws and nuts for mounting equipment".Wrong again. There are screws but no cage nuts, further proving that this was never going to work with the square hole orientation. Also, the holes where you mount the rack to the wall is simply a circle, not like what is shown in the pictures which would have been handy.Overall, I would've returned this based on how inaccurate the discription was, but really needed something to get up and going so made it work.

Update - OK with some major design flaws
I really wanted to like this product. It is built sturdy with a nice black powder coat finish. It goes together easily and is strong regardless of how you decide to adjust the depth. It would of been perfect if it weren't for some critical design flaws. For starters, this rack uses screws to metal rather than the standard locking nuts. Not a huge deal, but something to note. It comes with the hardware which is nice, however the screws are silver which stand out on a black rack with black equipment. They don't list the screw size anywhere so if you want to replace or want more, you will need to bring them along to the local hardware store for a match. The first huge design flaw is that Ru1 and Ru9 are unusable for anything. This is because the support arms are so large, they do not allow for anything over a 1 inch depth. In reality, this is a 7 Ru max rack.Second, if you try out go off Ru, the holes will not line up correctly like they do on other racks. This ensure you loose Ru1 and Ru9 as stated above, and also removes the ability to space things out the way you would like if not sticking directly to the Ru lines. If either the support arms get fixes so they don't block the devices on the top and bottom, or if more space is allowed to prevent this, then this rack would be a home run at this price point. But marketing this rack as a 9Ru rack when it is really a 7Ru rack shows how Amazon continues to not care about anything sold on this store front long as they get their cut. #FalseMarketing

13U if you mount deep items
This is a fairly good product. I am keeping it. I wanted a 20U, but settled for this 15U (not this products issue). When I configured it for screw-mounts, it is only 13U as the adjustable frame parts get in the way of any full width deep (> 3 inches) items. If your items is not full width and using widening brackets, you may be fine. Great rack otherwise
