I am not saying quit your meds but incorporate this for sure into your diet. It has helped tremendously with diabetes in combo with my meds. Ask your doc before if you need to but mine didn't have an issue.

The only ashwagandha that works for me

They work fine, just upset my stomach a little. But otherwise they did what they are supposed to do. I cut back to only 2 capsules and that helped out better.
