LP EN-EL15 EN EL15a Battery Charger, Compatible with Nikon D7500, D7200, D7100, D7000, D850, D750, D500, D810a, D810, D800e, D800, D610, D600 & More

I got this charger after reading some bad reviews of Nikon's battery chargers. I've never had a problem with a Nikon charger in over 10 years, but I figured maybe I should try something else. It's a nice compact size, smaller than Nikon's chargers, but it's VERY slow. I tested two batteries in it and it took over SEVEN HOURS to charge one of them (I gave up on the other one and finished it off in a Nikon charger). It works and it does charge the battery, but you'd better be prepared to leave it plugged in overnight if you want a fully charged battery. For $13 I got what I paid for and I guess there's no point in returning it, but I'm going back to my Nikon chargers and keeping this thing as a last resort. And what are the chances I'll buy something else by LP? Highly unlikely.

This is small compact and takes very little space in my camera bag. For trips I am so glad it is not bulky and is simple to use. Just put the battery in to charge and the light turns green when charged. I do wish it came in a lighter color because it tends to get "lost" in my bag or purse.

Went to Boston and forgot my charger.Ordered this to be delivered to an Amazon Locker - it showed up the next day and it got me back up and charged for just a few bucks. Cost for performance makes this an easy 5.Is it as good as the Nikon? C'mon, of course not. For about $10, it charged the battery for me at a slower rate. I'll take it!

Forgot my Nikon charger out of town, and while I wait to get it back on a near future trip to save on shipping, I bought this charger. On my D500, I drained my EN-EL15 battery to 1% and then to the point where the D500 won't even turn on the LCD. So completely dead. It took this charger 3 hours 50 minutes to fully charge and turn the light green on the charger.Quality is good, not amazing. But good for the low cost. Battery stays in place well when you use the charger on the wall in the lower socket so the contacts and LED indicator are at the bottom. Which means the text labels will be upside down.I still plan to mostly use my Nikon charger, even when traveling. But I didn't want to buy a 2nd one while waiting to get my original back. This way I can still do slow charging for little money while I wait. Worth it!

Despite the low cost, I didn't think I was taking a chance because of all the great reviews I read prior to purchasing. Unfortunately, even though its states it works for my camera specifically - this product does not work at all. The charge light does not even come on (everything is attached correctly) - it just stays green on an empty battery. I have never left a negative review, but this was a waste of money during hard times and I still cannot use my camera.
