what is the difference between old and new version?

I just called the company and they said there is no difference in the product; the box has merely changed.

Thanks for your question! Packaging is the only difference between the new and old version. Both versions come with instructions and recommended exercises.

what's the difference between the flexbar new version and old versions?

We suggest checking with the manufacturer. They should be able to tell you the differences.
