You can not just hook this up. You have to hook it up to a 2.4ghz wifi. Some wifi doesnt come with the 2.4 Ghz option. So mine was not able to be set up

Can not get it to connect to anything it sucks

I do not know why so many people complain about this camera. I see that it shows a different app than with my cameras. I use the V380 pro app. It is a little finicky, but gets the job done. I use mine for family events, so I do not have to carry my phone or camera around while they visit. It has a really wide angle view to capture all the action. I can choose to have it go through a hotspot, instead of the internet. It seem to perform better that way. The picture quality is not of 1080p, but widescreen 480p and is of the highest quality 480p. For the price, I am not complaining. I am very happy with these cameras for the past two years of using them. Do not expect studio quality performance.

Having a difficult time setting this product and I wish I could return it!

I tried charging mine for over 12 hours while it’s plugged into a power source it will connect to my phone when I unplug it from the power source thinking it’s going to go to battery power it goes off-line and is not recognizable by my phone for me to connect to

Finally got it set up with app. Instructions are terrible. The WiFi connection does not show anything more than a still image and the without WiFi connection only works if you are in the house with the camera. I am extremely unhappy with this product

Imposible to connect to device! JUNK! DO NO WAIST YOUR MONEY ON THIS!!
