Castor Oil is claimed to be a great source of relief for thinning hair. Also, great for eyebrows.

I recent purchased the Shiny Lead argon oil shampoo and I absolutely love it! I told my girlfriend about it and she said she uses this Castor Oil by the same company. Her eyelashes are long and thick and very pretty. She swears by this stuff and said she saw her eyelashes began to grow very quickly with this. Not only in length but in thickness as well. Her reasoning on this brand over the others was the same reason I got their shampoo. No harsh chemicals and no contaminants and the real deal. So here I am.When I got the bottle I was very surprised at how big it was. This is not the normal 1 ounce bottle I am used to. I have a picture so you can see just how big the difference it is. This 4 ounce bottle will last a long time!Now me and mascara have never really gotten along. I have very oily skin and most run. The ones that don't run are extremely hard to wash off at night before bed. When I applied this to my eye lashes I noticed how dark and thick it made them look. To my pleasant surprise it lasted all most all day! So guess what ? I ditched my mascara and wear this daily instead. It is nice knowing that what I am wearing is actually helping my lashes and looks good too! Now in all honesty for special evenings and what not, I still occasionally put the mascara on as it is a bit darker. But that is rare! I use this daily now and love it. It is too early to tell if my lashes are growing but even if they don't, I love the way it makes my lashes look and knowing I am giving them something pure and healthy!Now I am a neat freak and this stuff is thick. You can make a mess quick. There is a cap and mascara brush that comes with this. I was dripping this on my counter and told my husband to find a way to use this cap and mascara brush and join them. He took out the rubber seal under the cap and used an ice pick to make a hole and put the brush in the hole until it was firm. Placed the seal back under the cap and perfect ! Works great with no more mess !Here is how I have learned to do it. Put it on first thing to let it dry a bit before other make up. Your powder will stick to it! RUB RUB RUB the mascara brush against the top of the bottle to get as much excess off as you can ! When you apply it,you will actually see little drops on your lashes of the oil. Use you thumb and fore finger to lightly pinch the excess off you lashes! And then your good for the whole day with dark pretty lashes !So yes I give this all 5 stars and am so glad I found it! I have been suffering from dry skin and other moisturizers weren’t cutting it. I tried the Jojoba oil and it made my face feel so soft. No more flaky dry patches!

So I've tried this oil out for a few weeks now and I think I am ready to write up my review...PACKAGING: The packaging was appropriate, as it came in a sturdy box, and everything was tucked inside nicely. I had ordered other things which came along with the shipment of this item, but even if I ordered it alone, it would have reached me fine.PRODUCT & ACCESSORIES: So the product is a 4 oz. bottle of castor oil. It comes in a dark tinted class bottle, and comes with a tear dropper and a mascara brush.USES: You're supposed to apply wherever and it is supposed to help hair growth. So the tear dropper can be used to squeeze out some product and dab little by little on your scalp or wherever necessary. The mascara brush is supposed to make applying to your lashes easier.RESULT: I like the product and I do feel that it is helping my hair grow back faster/become bushier. I have been applying to my eyebrows and lashes for the past few weeks. My eyelashes look and feel like it is fluffier and thicker.CON: The thoughtfulness of the mascara brush was a real plus, however, the reality is, the bottle opening is too big to squeeze off any extra oil off the brush. No matter how hard you are manually taking off the excess, there is always more on the brush and you end up putting globs of oil on your eye.ADJUSTMENT/TIPS: I highly recommend ditching the mascara brush and use a Q-tip instead. It is more hygienic because the mascara brush does not fit on the top of the cap and you'll have to find a place to put the dipped brush. It's better to dip the Q-tip inside the oil, squeeze out any excess, and use to line your eyelids, sweep across brow etc.BOTTOM LINE: Yes, I do recommend this product. 4 Stars because of the mascara brush.

I love this product and it truly has brought back my edges. My daughter and I both have noticed how our hair is growing. The only problem is the way they deliver it. Both times now I have received it broken lids or screw tops. They have leaked all over and through the boxes. It's not worth driving to take it back. (I live on the other side of town) I just hope the next time I buy it, I won't be missing 1/4 of the product due to leakage.Definitely a great buy for your hair and value...just caution when it comes to delivery.

It's twenty minutes after applying and still hasn't blended in. I used just a little. It feels greasy and sticky. Did everyone writing a review get from Amazon I wonder? Also didn't get the little brush someone mentioned. I liked the packaging. Had a cap but they added the pump. So smart not to pump on in transit. I can't get the pump to open will have to ask someone else. I bought two moisturizers as well for amazon. Those pumps were fine. So not user error. :)

My hair is fine and lately breaking and falling I had tried everything was so worrying, and I have to say since trying this product it’s been so much better, I’m over the moon, it’s early days but so far so good, will definitely be ordering more, it’s even got a shine which I haven’t seen for years....Lin

El pedido ha venido a tiempo, acabo de empezar a probarlo para mis pestañas y todavía no puedo decir resultados. El aceite es bastante espeso, mas que otros aceites como el de rosa mosqueta o el de gérmen de trigo. Comparando volumen-precio es bastante mas barato que otros. La pega que le pongo es que no me ha venido con el cepillo para cejas que el vendedor decía que llevaba incorporado, solo estaba el frasco con el cuentagotas en el tapón, pero no el cepillo.

Habe mir das Öl für meine Haare gekauft. Diese waren extrem trocken und glanzlos. Nach einer 14 tägigen intensiv Kur wende ich das Öl jetzt aller 1-2 Wochen an. Mein Haar ist wieder geschmeidiger und der Glanz ist ohne Chemie wieder jeden Tag da. So ist es aus meiner Haarpflege nicht mehr wegzudenken.
