Works well for a 245lb person
So far I love this product. I weigh 245 lbs and was looking for something durable. So far this is definitely a product I am comfortable using. I have attached pictures with approximate dimentions...hard to show with tape measure...palm grip is about 2.25 inches at its widest point and the entire grip is about 5 inches long, tire width is about 3.5 inches, tire height is about 7.75 inches.Assembly in seconds. Tire has a R & L label and grips have a R & L label. Snap together and start rolling.Pretty obvious but it is even dummy proof by having a large R & L on the grips so you can easily know which hand goes to which grip to perform the exercise. I point this out as you can only use it one direction due to the way this has a spring assist for the return portion of your ab roll. Honestly, i cannot tell if it helps but I get one heck of a workout anyways.I have only had this for a week but my son and I have ised this daily and love it. I was even fortunate enough to receive the knee pad which helps a lot. This is the best ab roller I have ever tried and will update if I ever have an issue.

Great product
Opened the box, put it together and was able to start using it right away. The jump rope and bands are a great addition. Yeah the mat's a bit small and cheap but I had no real use for it anyway and the product itself is excellent quality. Having said that I think (maybe) the spring broke right away? It sounds like maybe the spring is at the bottom when it moves. I'm not really sure and however it is now is perfect for me the way it is. Very heavy duty, sturdy feeling. I used to have one of those thinner wheels with straight handles and this is better by far with the contoured handles on this.Using the bands is a great added value while using, it really helps you to control your movement. The jump rope is fine, it's a basic jump rope and works like one should.I would buy this again and recommend it for sure. I'm guessing if one had a problem with it the seller would take care of you and/or Amazon Prime would but not needed for me.

Great, sturdy, and ergonomic ab roller
Easy to put together, lightweight, yet surprisingly very sturdy. The handles are molded to fit the natural curvature of my hands, preventing an awkward or painful grip, allowing me to focus on my abs and obliques during my workout. Pay attention to assembly, though... the handles are labeled for "L" and "R"I use an ab wheel as a complement to several other core exercises as it seems to effectively "activate" areas while working to stabilize through the rollout. I prefer to end my core workout with standing ab rollouts. The wheel is wide enough to provide plenty of support throughout the extension while the curved surface allows for easier adjustments to the left/right for oblique moves as opposed to thinner, squared-edge wheels. The material of the wheel is closer that of a tire so it grips the concrete floor a bit better as opposed to others I've used that tend to "slide-out" mid-roll.I tend to agonize over every purchase where there are many options, so I took a few days to decide on this item. I wanted to get the right "one" for me. Though returning things is much easier these days, it's such a waste of time and resources. I'm happy to say in the short time I've been using it, I see no reason to look elsewhere for an ab wheel. It's become a mainstay of home gym routine.

I really like the wire core
I have been using a different jump rope I bought a couple years ago. The biggest difference between my older jump rope and this SoftGym jump rope is the wire core in the SoftGym rope. It adds just a little weight to the rope, but it’s noticeable, and I think contributes to less tangling. The handles are very light. I like how both end caps of the handles can be removed. If I want to add weights inside they will be easy to add and remove. It’s easy to adjust the length of the rope. No instructions provided, but easy to figure out.The bearings in the handles are basic but function well. I didn’t sense them binding at all as I used the jump rope. So, good basic jump rope, for a good price. Five stars.

2 left hands
Firstly the box in which it was delivered was badly beaten and unsealed. My first thought was that it was a used item which had been recycled to a new customer. Upon opening the items seemed to be well wrapped in plastic and I found myself less concerned about it being a used item.I laid out all the parts on the table and attached the left handle to the left side and then I noticed that I had a second left handle. Since these are ergonomically shaped this renders the item unusable.Should you be fortunate enough to get a left and a right handle, there is no value in the extra items. The knee mat is very cheap, small and mine was folded in the box and looks to be permanently creased. The jump rope handles are made of light weight plastic coated in cheap foam which makes the whole thing feels unbalanced.I am returning this and looking for a better brand without being swayed by cheap additional items designed to put value in the mind of the consumer

Eh.
It seems well made and pretty good quality. It's easy to put together and works fundamentally the same as all other ab rollers. However, this is the first ab roller I've had experience with that has some sort of spring or coil or something that adds tension to rolling it. Not a fan. This means you can only roll it out so far before the mechanics of it won't let it roll out any more, and thus only roll back a certain distance as well. If the purpose is to add some sort of resistance, it's a puny resistance. I'll still use it for now, but I would prefer one that is just wheels around a handlebar than this.

Less pricey, same function
Awesome ab roller, it’s wide enough that it stands up by itself as shown in the picture. All the other ones I seen listed sold the ab roller for more without the jump rope of the knee pads. Bought this because it was an awesome price for the whole bundle and it's literally the same thing at those listed.
