IsoStrength Lite Stretch System

This product helps me stretch my hamstrings. I use it every time I go to the gym. Seems like it will last a long time. If you suffer from tight hamstrings, this should help.

If only we would use it. It's hard to have the determination to be disciplined enough to do this daily.

It's well-made and looks like it will hold up to heavy use. It's good for doing PNF stretching and active isolated stretching techniques. You can easily fold it up, put it in your bag, and take it with you.
