Nah
Unfortunately you should pass on this one. This was just unnecessarily complicated and a disorganized mess. Nothing really stuck. I trust the author and will try another one of his books but he admittedly has never suffered from intense procrastination and should've avoided this subject. This book had too much filler and the material contradicted itself several times.

Plenty of very useful advice in here...
I quite enjoyed what the author had to say in regards to developing self-discipline, and have in fact begun to make use of it in my life. But the poor grammar and spelling (autocorrect run amok) tend to detract from what would otherwise be considered professional advice. The author would do well, after he has finished dictating his book to the computer, to enlist the aid of an editor who can catch these funny little mistakes.

Four Stars
A good book on self-discipline from an ex-spy, nothing new you haven't heard before, but i liked it.

laundry list of commonly know things to do , no prose no good writing here, just some advice.
He put it all in one place but still disjointed like a box of unfiltered post-it notes.

Waste of time and money
Waste of time and money, Author doesnt have even remote knowledge about self - discipline, topics googled and served as an advanced stuff. I suspect that the biography is also fake.

Helpful information
The information in the book was helpful and was a good length without any unnecessary padding. The only thing that I was a little disappointed in was that there weren't more situational examples to make it a more interesting, and therefore a more digestible read.Going by the bonus chapters of the Confidence book, it looks like it might have more examples in it.

Not worth
Nothing extra-ordinary. The moment you read "An Ex-SPY's Guide" you expect a lot more. This is disappointing!
