I bought this pump for my Monin glass bottle syrups. It’s a little different than the first pump I bought but overall fits the bottle perfectly and works well.

Extremely disappointing experience. I only bought this pump because it was listed as a "Frequently Bought Together" suggestion right on the syrup page. I trusted the brand's recommended pairing, and it was a complete failure—it does NOT fit Monin glass bottles. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay extra for a pump to avoid a mess, only to find out it isn't even compatible. What makes it worse is looking at the reviews afterward and realizing countlessly many customers have faced this exact same issue. How hard is it to remove this misleading bundle suggestion or put a clear warning in the top line of the item description stating it only fits plastic bottles? (Not to mention, you aren't even given a choice on the bottle type when ordering the syrup!). To top it off, this item isn't eligible for returns, so that $5 went straight into the trash due to a seller error. It’s about the principle. Please fix the product listing and stop taking advantage of your customers' trust!

This makes morning coffee so much easier! Before I got the bright idea to buy this pump, I was using syrups and pouring in the drink the normal way. Every once in a while I would spill all over the bottle, try to wipe it up, do a bad job, and then put the lid back on. Well, that syrup would dry out and harden and turn to glue and stick the lid right to the bottle. Then I'd have to waste time under the hot water trying to get the lid back off. I'll never do that again now that I have this pump! And I also have a pretty good idea how much syrup I'm using as well, which is nice for those who count calories or other nutrients. I do have a couple of warnings: 1. Use some syrup BEFORE you put the pump in or it will overflow when you put it in the bottle (found that out the hard way). I like to put the pump partway in and use some syrup before plunging it all the way in, to avoid the mess of pouring. 2. Don't try putting a mug on the table near the base of the bottle and expect the syrup to make it into the mug. Mine hits the bottle first and makes a mess; lift the mug up near the pump. (again, found this out the hard way) 3. If you use infrequently, the pump may partially or fully clog. Partial clogs may cause the pump to squirt in odd directions, so hold your container close. I can't see any way to prevent this other than daily use. This is not a big issue because it was fairly easy to clean a clog, simply rinse with warm water (sometimes I don't even remove from the bottle). For really stubborn clogs, pull the pump out, remove the straw (let syrup drain back into bottle) and soak in a bowl of warm water.

Works great, fits perfectly, and I love the cap for the tip! This specific one I bought will fit glass Monin syrup bottles! All the 1 star reviews are of people complaining the pump for the *PLASTIC* 33 oz Monin bottle doesn't fit their GLASS 25 oz Monin syrup bottle 🤣. So just pay attention to what you buy, and you will be fine. The pumps might look the same for two different prices, but they are not the same. People are trying to buy the cheaper one, which is meant for the plastic bottle, for their glass bottles and then complain when it doesnt fit. Just read the descriptions, pay attention to what you're buying, and you won't have a problem.

This is a great pump - but only works for full sized bottles. Make sure you get a full sized product before purchasing a pump like this. The Monin syrup pumps also work on non-Monin syrups with the same bottle shape. If the pump gets clogged, is hard to push down, or less syrup is coming out each time you use it, take the straw off the pump and let the pump sit in super hot water for about 5 minutes. This will dissolve the sugar that has built up inside the pump. Then pump water through it to clean it out even more. Let air dry and it's back to new. These pumps last a very long time. I've used these in coffee shops and at home for a long time and love them.

I saw some reviews that the pump came incomplete. Mine is fine. I appreciate that it has a cover, the black part, so it gets protected from fruit flies. However, for one pump only, $18.xx is too much, don’tcha think?

The treading doesn't line up and the pumps don't screw onto the bottles. Got a few so this is a total waste since this item isnt eligible for return. I got the Monin brand ones since we have Monin syrup for our coffee and was sure it would work. Total disappointment.
