Does the 2-1/2"x1-7/10" size come in dark color, either matt black or oil rubbed bronze?

Are these loose pin hinges?

Would these hinges be strong enough to hold a large medicine cabinet mirror (28” x 33”)? We are replacing an old mirror that had a piano hinge.

I can't tell if these are "butt hinges", suitable for mortised into flush/inset cabinet doors...are they???
