Don’t waste your time
First off, I would like to say that Amazon did a phenomenal job with taking my return and although it took forever, I’m still pleased with Amazon.Thermaltake on the other hand, can go fly a kite. I received this item in mid August. I was excited to upgrade from my 12 year old gaming rig to something newish. I opened the box, which appeared to be packed impeccably and plugged the pc in. To my dismay, the display was pixelated. I tried to contact Amazon regarding it and they told me to get in touch with the mfg for repairs. At first, all was well, we did some back and forth diagnostics and I received an RMA approval and a shipping label. I shipped the unit back (in the original packaging with all the original foam), waited about a week before contacting TT (Thermaltake) and found out they had not looked at my unit yet. About another week goes by, and I’m asked if I had any pictures of the unit before I shipped it. I didn’t and responded in kind. I then received an email that my unit was being repaired under warranty but they didn’t have parts available. OK, no big deal.Three more days pass and I get an email stating that my “unit was damaged in shipping back to TT and the warranty was void. Please provide a prepaid shipping label and we’ll return the product to you”. Hell to the no. I emailed them back explaining how I had shipped it in the original packaging and received it damaged. I also contacted Amazon and eventually was approved to return it. I did not tell TT that I was returning it to Amazon, but about a day later they suddenly got real helpful and offered to repair the unit (downgraded GPU) which I refused and asked them to ship it back. Two more days go by and TT offers to repair it again, this time with a comparable GPU, which I also refused. As I had already received approval from Amazon to ship the unit back for a full refund, I needed it back in my possession to return to Amazon. Eventually about 2 more days later it finally shipped to me, I shipped to Amazon, and all is well.I’ve been a long time fan of TT and have bought many cases, power supplies, etc from them in the past. Will not be buying anything from TT ever again and would not recommend to anyone else

Great value, performance, support.
Really happy with this PC. Runs quiet, fast, and has all off the shelf parts that will be easy to replace or upgrade as needed.Had 1 issue, the PC came with a gen 3 drive instead of a Gen 4 drive that it was supposed to have. The gen 3 drive works fine, gen 4 would just be faster. Talked to both Thermaltake and Amazon, both were willing to replace the whole computer. Amazon ended offering to do a partial refund so I wouldn't have to mess with sending the PC back for just 1 part. (PC weighs almost 50 pounds). Both thermaltake and Amazon were easy to get of hold of, was only on hold a minute or two and the reps were professional, polite, and helpful. Very satisfied with the purchase and how helpful both companies were.

Broke my screen
I should have read the reviews before buying It’s clear from multiple reviews that defective GPUs are a recurring issue. Other customers had similar problems with video cards and even CPU coolers. It's disappointing that Thermaltake's quality control is so inconsistent, especially on a product that costs this much. I expected better for something with these specs, but with multiple reports of failed units, this seems to be a widespread issue.

Defective video cards
After going over the other reviews, I was very close to not buying this. Against my better judgement I did. The video card was indeed defective… BUT… they did respond to my needs quickly and sent me a replacement after they received the defective unit. The computer itself works great so I’ll give it a 4 star review. Does play most newer games on high in 1080p haven’t tried 1440p yet as my monitor doesn’t support it.

I thought I would be the exception to the rule
Bought this as a surprise for my kids . Sure theReviews said the video cards are DOA . I’m like well they put it on sale because they fixed it. Yup, I was wrong. Kids were super excited to finally get a computer that wasn’t boring and slow. Took about an hour for their disappointment in it and me as I was on with MSI tech support trying to save the day. Only option they gave me was return to Amazon. So disappointing. Fool me once …

Did have issues
The media could not be loaded. It was a pos to begin with yes the video card was bad in it I contacted thermaltake first they said they could repair it but it could take a long time because you would have to send the entire pc to them or the other option was to send it back to Amazon. But I took option 3 and contacted MSI yes I had to pay the one time shipping fee to send them the video card but they fixed it and I'm not complaining about it anymore because it is up and running perfectly fine.

Unless you are halfway decent at building PC's and have spare parts laying around don't buy this
1.Didn't come with a power cord. 2. they didn't put the packing material inside the case so the graphics card came unseated in shipping ripped off the retention clip on the motherboard off of the pci slot and ripped one of the fans out of the graphics card I threw a different card in and it worked so the pci slot was fine minus missing the retention clip. 3.I can see someone tested the pc before shipping but then they halfway deleted dragon center so I had to reinstall it to be able to change the led.

3 units failed
I purchased a total of 3 of these devices. All 3 had issues. 1 cpu cooler dead, other video card showed pink dots on screen, 3 blue screen of death continually. Looks like poor quality control.
