Sometimes they pluck a hair out very well, sometimes they can't grip it, and sometimes it cuts the hair in half. There is not any noticeable variable regarding hair thickness, color, texture, or brittleness that I can see that would cause a difference. Sometimes the thickest hairs get snapped while the thinnest slide right out of the pore.I also have some red marks and broken skin (though that's partially maybe just my own fault, the extra long handles and extreme points don't make it any easier) - I know they're meant for Precision, but it is very easy to hurt yourself with these.

I bought these for an unconventional use: catching crickets to feed to my pets. I have been using just ONE of these tweezers every day to catch crickets, and they still grip VERY accurately and firmly, even after bumping the tips into the sides of containers many times. I still have the rest of the bag of tweezers to use, so these will last me a very long time. WELL worth the money, and I can see these being useful for a variety of applications.

They don't have enough grip for hair tweezing and they are so sharp they cut the hair instead but! For getting under the skin to dig out splinters or ingrown hairs they are great I just use a different tweezer for the actual pulling. But they've been a god send on my husband's ingrown hairs and he gets them literally all over his body.

I do not think that this pack was intended for beauty tweezers or cosmetic purposes. It can work if you know what you’re doing, but be very cautious because they are extremely sharp and pointy!

This product saved me from damaging my tweezers! It is also really affordable compare to other websites I've seen identical for much more. Only downfall on this, is that it doesn't have a cover case to close over the tweezers. It does the job and holds them all well, closed & in place, plus it's sturdy.It has plenty of slots, but I have so many tweezers I ordered another one.
