This was the third protein my partner and I purchased as part of our 'fitness adventures' with the other brands being well known ones as well.At first open it is sealed well and smells pleasant and out of the three proteins we got this was the best tasting, however, we did think it was quite sweet tasting and could get a bit too much at some point.In terms of money, you could probably get cheaper proteins out there as a lot of them have promotions on site.My partner says that it has been effective in helping him gain muscle and he now weighs the most he has so it definitely helps.

The flavour (chocolate peanut butter or somthing) is really good but I would recommend getting two smaller tubs with different flavours so that it does not get boring. Good value for money. It blends and dissolves easily.

I’ve been using protein powders for about 25 years but this "chocolate" flavoured one is on a whole new level of disgusting. Imagine someone melted down cardboard, stirred in a hint of fake cocoa, added a scoop of sadness, and topped it off with the dust from a forgotten locker room corner.The texture is okay. The smell? Like a chocolate-scented candle that died in 2007. And the taste? It's less "chocolate" and more "mildly sweetened despair." I gagged. My blender gagged. Even my dog sniffed it and walked away offended.If you’re looking for a reason to hate your post-workout routine, congratulations—you’ve found it.
