Excellent slip on skin. Not sure about 16 hours, but, good coverage nonetheless. Layerable.

Great Foundation
I've been using this foundation for several years, it holds up well and has great coverage yet wears thin and light. I began wearing it in my 30's and since have continued on into my 40's as it still works great for my skin. I usually apply once a day and the tube lasts me around 1 year, it may be pricey but it lasts and is well worth it to me.

I’ve always loved Tarte for full coverage. Add some loose powder on face lightly and some bronzer and voila!

True matte, full coverage.
Tart foundation is true matte, full coverage. Blends easily. However it is not light weight or completely transfer proof.
