TALK ABOUT SUCTION! The multiple suction heads are great but please do your research before you use this! It looks super simple but there’s more to it than just sucking out the oil in your face. I now have hickeys all over my face and look like I’ve been beat by an infant! It’s painful and so aggravating that I didn’t do my research. It’s heavy, came packed nicely and re charges! I’m looking forward to learning how to use this correctly!

I used this to try and remove blackheads. I used the correct tip on the blackhead setting. I only held it at each spot 5 seconds max because it becomes painful. Now I’m left with bruising. I also have one on my cheek I’m too embarrassed to show. I’m a registered nurse and would not recommend this to anyone. Go to an Aesthetician or dermatologist

*Update May 12, 2022* After my initial review I went through the process of exchanging my defective unit afterwards. It was pretty seamless as I spoke with customer service on the phone. I received the new unit very quickly. The new one is still working to this day. It is charging prosperity, and it has not stopped suddenly when using it. I've used it multiple times as well. So I'm bumping my rating up from 2 stars to 4 stars.*Original Review* Bought on August 8, It is August 24, 2021. Suddenly stopped working yesterday while using the pumice attachement. I thought it had run out of juice cause it wouldn't turn on afterwards. No problem right? Just plug it in and wait. Well I plugged it in, but the battery indicator is showing only one bar missing. I tested the light button and its red during charging. Is that normal? I left it alone. I unplugged it after 5 hours and it still would not turn on. I barely used this device maybe 7 times for the brushes and 2 times for the suction. I've had an older brush that runs on batteries that's already years old that still works. It's not as powerful, but it does the job. This is the only suction and brush combo I could find on Amazon and ebay and it's already giving me issues in less than a month. It's never been dropped, it's never been submerged in water. I make sure to rinse it with the inlet facing down cause that little flap has a gap water can go through even though you say it's water proof. What am I supposed to do if it becomes a fancy paperweight? The video was taken after letting it charge overnight when I went to bed. So it's supposed to be charged.

The older I get the more I notice black heads and my pores starting to enlarge. I thought this would be great to keep my face clean. It is rechargable. It has a stand to hold it and also a carrying bag. It has several attachments for blackhead removal and 3 different modes for it. It has several attachments for the face and a pumice stone with 3 different modes for that. It also has a light and a nice LCD screen. It is very easy to use.
