F727-BN/SL Rudolph 52" Ceiling Fan with Wall Control, Brushed Nickel

I wanted this fan for our Lanai in Florida. Really beautiful! My helper did have to call Customer Service because he couldn’t get it to work. C/S answered quickly and she was very knowledgeable. He had to open the cap where the light would go (we were not attaching the light) and connect something simple. You would think that would include that info in the instructions! C/S answered immediately which made it nice. LOVE IT!

This is one kickass fan! Bought 2!

This is a really nice looking fan, but it clicked constantly. I had to contact the manufacturer and they had me do a "push test" where I had the fan turned off and then gave the blades a push. The clicking was still present for this test, so the manufacturer said there was a defect in the fan and that I would need to remove it from the ceiling and return it. The fan housing was also incredibly hot, which I would not have known otherwise. This was my first purchase of a Minka Aire and although it was a beautiful fan, with the hassle of having to install-uninstall-return-repurchase-reinstall... I went back to the Emerson 60" Industrial Fan. We now have 6 of these Emersons up in our house and they are whisper quiet and move a ton of air.

It's single speed is too high. Needs a 3-position selector switch to set the speed lo/md/hi.

Beautiful and modern bought two will buy 3 more
