Honestly, 5 stars is deserved for this product as I cant find any faults with it.I did a lot of research on multiple brands when I was choosing a weighted vest and everything kept coming to this particular item. Some review points:Vest does feel heavy to pick up and move around but is nicely distributed around the upper body once on.A good fit overall with very little movement while I exercise. The two chest straps make all the difference.Very well made and the quality of materials, shape and stitching is excellent. No fear of anything ripping or tearingComfort - I have worn the vest without anything underneath and it did not pinch or rub/irritate my skin at all.Looking on online, a weighted vest should ideally weigh between 5-10% of your body weight. I choose an option at the hight end of this range. When I put the vest on first, given how well the weight itself is distributed, I thought I have made a mistake going too light but it certainly has increased the overall effort need to achieve the same workout results without it on.Overall, very happy with this product and use it daily. Would definitely recommend this weight vest.

However, after completing my first few walks (just 15 minutes to start), I realized it’s absolutely perfect!For reference, I’m 5ft 4", weigh about 10.5 stone, and have a small frame, and this vest fits me comfortably. It’s easy to wear, and I love that I can even layer it over my walking jacket without any issues.I’m already feeling more confident with each walk and can’t wait to see the benefits build over time. Highly recommend this vest for anyone starting out! 💪

Fantastic weighted vest , I use the 5kg and 11.4 kg vest , I've seen people's reviews stating there heavy. What do you expect from a weighted vest 🤣, made well , really tough , strong material , great for running, uphill sprints , or walking on incline treadmill, gets the heart rate up, highly recommend

Bought these for my walks/jogs on the treadmill - they really help to burn more calories and sweat more! I have the 10kg version, and even though it feels heavy to hold in your hand, once you put it on, it feels quite light since the weight is distributed.It has a netted pocket on the back, and some elastic attachment bands on the front to connect your clip-on devices too, like Airpods.I put 4 stars because when running, it bounces too much and feels like someone is just hitting your shoulders constantly when the vest is bouncing up and down on your shoulders. And also, the straps to tighten the vest from the front is a bit fiddly, could have been better designed, but still does the job.Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase, and you can tell its of great quality.

Returning this due to the unbearable strong smell that I cannot have near my face, and also its terribly uncomfortable. I've previously had the 5kg one and do boxing workouts in it. I bought this 11kg one to upgrade from 5 kg, but it's awful and is now sitting in box wafting to be returned. Horrible smell and so painful on the shoulder area.

I’ve only worn it a few times so far. It seems well made comfor table to wear. I am 5’6 approx 60kg female. I wouldn’t be able to run in it as it would move around too much & I cant tighten it any more. However I bought it for walking.The only negative is the smell it’s like a strong petrol smell. I have hung it outside for a couple days but the smell is not going. This is my reason for only giving 3 stars

I bought the 7kg. Great for 1 hours walks, but I wouldn't want to try running in it! Also, if you have a small frame and no boobs, then this vest is large and the adjustable strap is not enough. This means that the vest cannot sit snug against your body and moves around when you walk.
