I read this brow mascara makes the brow crunchy, so then will my brows break off my brow hairs?

Can i just exchange this for a different color? got the cool blonde but need the taupe!

What do i do if i got an empty Amazon package? The item i ordered is not in the package at all.

This has happened to me a couple tomes over the years. When I received the packaging I just sent it back as a return explaining what happened. When I got the empty box I called Customer Service. They sent out the missing porosity at no additional charge. With these chatbots you'll have to select other or the equivalent so they understand they can't help you. It'll be alright they'll help you
