Great product! Really works!

This really does help with my anxiety. The reason I only gave 4 stars is that the balls on the ends of the ring easily screw off while wearing which if you don't catch it the other balls fall off. I used nail glue to glue the end balls on.

I wasn’t sure I’d like this Stress Relief Mindful Breathing Necklace, however, I certainly did. It also comes with a small Anti-Anxiety Spinning Ring, but I probably won’t use that. It is, however, a good quality useful tool for those who need something to fidget with. The necklace interested me, primarily for blood pressure control. It tends to spike some in the winter because I can’t get out and walk to keep in in check.The necklace reminded me of a funeral vessel to keep ashes in, simply because of the look. From the basic photographs, it wasn’t particularly impressive, but once I received it, it proved otherwise. It’s made of a solid stainless and is very well-crafted. It will be easy to keep clean and sterilize. There are instructions for cleaning in the small, but comprehensive user manual.There are several different suggestions for use, including reducing blood pressure. That’s achieved by slowing down one’s breathing. I’ve heard about how to do it, but the necklace makes it easier. Of course, continued use should be run by a healthcare practitioner. Breathing in and then exhaling slowly and gently is an exercise which I have used frequently to lessen my anxiety. Therefore this device has not given new advice. There were no instructions/exercises included in the envelope. In short, I am disappointed.
