Your measurement is borderline XS and Sm, probably depend on how snug of a fit you like. Regarding the mushroom look, these are DOT slimline so they are designed to sit a bit lower than others. Q: 4XL is how many inch?

If you put a tape measure around your head, just above your eyebrows you should be able to fit in a 4xl if your head measures 25 7/8-26 1/4 and probably even up to 27". They run big.
